• Order information: name, email, selected items, sizes, colors, and custom instructions submitted with preorders.
• Usage data: device type, app interactions, and activity logs used to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide social features (feed, posts, comments, likes, stories).
• To process and fulfill merchandise preorders and communicate order status.
• To send notifications, welcome emails, and monthly newsletters about merch and culture.
• To provide customer support through the YangaGPT assistant and respond to your requests.
• To improve, secure, and maintain the App.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors: when you complete a preorder, payment details are shared with Cash App and Venmo as selected by you.
• Email services: to deliver order confirmations, welcome emails, and newsletters.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your account, posts, comments, likes, stories, notifications, and orders are permanently removed.

6. Your Rights

• Access your data: you can request and download all information we hold about you from the Profile screen ("Request My Data").
• Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen ("Delete Account").
• Edit your profile: you can update your profile information and photo at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
